[A Sword that Cuts Through Anything] - Azure Blade is a swordsmanship skill in Lucid Adventure created by Full Moon Ryu.^[1]

Overview

It is a sword skill in which the user stacks their sword aura multiple times on their sword.^[2] According to Farland Den, Full Moon Ryu's 'Azure Blade' is an unrealistic sword that looks as if the sword aura of 10 swords were stacked into one.^[2]

It is a skill that consumes so much mana, that even someone on the level of Vice Captain like Farland Den cannot last up to 30 seconds with her own mana utilisation ( 마나 운용).^[2] Full Moon Ryu can use this skill for a prolonged period of time due to his extraordinary mana reserves that was described by Heart Heater as "the most profound and abundant mana" Heart Heater had ever seen. In fact, Heart Heater could not fathom the depth of Full Moon Ryu's mana.^[3] In contrast, Full Moon Zen's mana was consumed significantly after the skill for far too long.^[2]

Heart Heater called Full Moon Ryu's Moonblade sword that was reinforced with the Azure Blade skill "troublesome" because it easily cut through Heart Heater's mana shield and made Heart Heater bleed.^[2]

When he was cut by the sword, The Seventh Hand Gil noted that the Azure Blade was not a "sharp sword", but an "extremely heavy sword".^[1] Full Moon Ryu pushed back Heart Heater who was wielding the Mana Absorbing Demonic Sword, which caused Heart Heater to conclude that the Azure Blade buffed Moonblade was heavier than his demonic sword.^[2]

After releasing his Knight Stone, the summoned Azure Dragon empowers Full Moon Ryu's sword, which gives the sword an azure aura. Such is the power of the blade that it can easily cut through blades forged from the Dark Iron of the Demon Realm.^[1]

X Ash Episode 5	Lucid Adventure	After unleashing his Knight Stone, Full Moon Ryu used the Azure Blade buffed Moonblade to destroy Le Jurka's twin swords. He then used it to destroy multiple swords summoned by Le Jurka. As he went in for the kill and attempted to slash Le Jurka, his slash was blocked by the body of The Seventh. He then used the Azure Blade to unleash Windfury at Gil, Le Jurka and Abraham Lupin.[1]
X Ash Episode 59	Lucid Adventure	During his duel with Myomyomyomyomyo, Full Moon Zen used Azure Blade and then used Galeforce to cut down Myomyomyomyomyo. The skill cut through the Thunder Dragon's mana, split Myomyomyomyomyo's mask and gave Full Moon Zen the win.[4]
X Ash Episode 72	Lucid Adventure	During his rematch with Myomyomyomyomyo, Full Moon Zen used the Azure Blade and then used the Winter Wind skill to severe all of Myomyomyomyomyo's mana lines.[5] Myomyomyomyomyo forcfully used Advent of the Thunder Dragon to buff herself and the wto carried on fighting. Full Moon Zen who was only defending and trying to incapacitate her without killing her commented that he had used Azure Blade for far too long and that his mana was running low.[2]
X Ash Episode 77	Lucid Adventure	Full Moon Ryu used the Azure Blade during his fight with Heart Heater. He used it to split Heart Heater's Dark Flame in half.[6] He pushed back Heart Heater with the skill and blocked multiple sword strikes from Heart Heater's Mana Absorbing Demonic Sword.[2]
